Jujube is a date-like fruit originally from Asia. Dried jujube fruit has a waxy wrinkly crimson-colored skin. The taste is a cross between apple and palm dates. We use jujube fruit from an orchard north of the mountains surrounding Los Angeles. Caramelized jujube flavor. Our sweetest broth.

Dried jujube fruit and water
This product is fully cooked. Drink cold or warmed up. To warm up, immerse a pack into boiled water for 3 to 5 minutes. We recommend 2 servings (2 packs) a day until all servings are consumed. For best quality, consume within 2 months of purchase. Perishable – keep refrigerated.
