For customers in the United States, South Korea, China, and Taiwan, we can ship directly to you. We try to prepare your order within two days. Shipping takes another 1-to-10 business days.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, email or call us. Then, mail back the unused broth packs for a refund on those packs. A case of Health Broth measures 12 in. x 12 in. x 6 in. and weighs 15 pounds. It’s best to go to a post office or shipping store. We do not accept returns after 30 days.

제품이 고객님의 체질에 받지 않을 경우 환불해 드립니다. 사용하지 않은 팩을 다시 우편으로 반납하시면 환불해 드립니다. 일반적인 선적의 규격은 12 in. x 12 in. x 6 in. 및 무게 15 파운드입니다. 제품 운송은 우체국이나 UPS를 권장합니다. 30일 이후에는 반품이나 교환이 불가합니다.
