Directions
This product is fully cooked. To warm up, immerse pack into boiled water for 5 minutes. Remove pack from water, shake it a few times, cut open (kitchen shears), and pour into a cup. We recommend the following serving amounts: During the first week, drink 1 serving (1 pack) a day. Starting in the second week, drink 2 servings (2 packs) a day until all servings are consumed. Drink a serving about 15 minutes after a meal. For best quality, consume within 2 months of purchase. Perishable—keep refrigerated.
